Stability issues with Asus Sabertooth AMD 8350 G.Skill 1866 Ripjawz

This setup is not overclocked and stock settings are set in the bios. For some reason my ram is only running at 1333MHz and I get bluescreens randomly.

CPU: AMD FX8350 Black Edition - stock fan
Mobo: Asus Sabertooth 990fx R2 - bios version 2501
Video: Galaxy NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250
Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Model F3-14900CL10D-16GBXL (DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Timing 10-11-10-30 Cas Latency 10 Voltage 1.5V
Case: Fractal Design R4 XL
PSU: Corsair HX1050 Gold Series
OS: Windows 8.1

I was unable to locate the XMP setting but I manually set the ram to 1866 and the specified timings and left the volts on auto (1.49) This still made the system unstable.

0 errors with memtest. I may have to upgrade the stock cooler on the CPU and possibly the case fans. Everything is new and out of the box.
