My first build blue screens while idling?

If I leave my computer for any time more than about 10 minutes I come back to a scrambled screen and on start up I have a blue screen error message from windows? How can I go about fixing this?

Test your RAM using a boot-able memory tester.

(Note: You should let a memory test run until it either fails or has been running for at least 24 hrs.)
