Gaming pc build under $500

As of January 2015, what would be a good gaming pc build for $500 or below? I would most likely like to play games like planetside 2, etc, at least around 40fps on high/ultra. Also preferilly with a mid sized tower. I've researched around, but I rather get expert opinions on that price range.

You could probably save a few dollars and go with an h81 board.

rockie's build are good, but he only gave you 4 GB, 8 GB nowadays are the recommended. So I would advise you to get 8 GB with it. It will be about $30 extra.
