Can power supply:fsp he600w provide enough power with this combo fx 8350 + r9 280x toxic ?

Assuming two DDR3 DIMM's used as well, the system requires a bit less than 400W. So the 600W PSU has more than enough capacity to supply the requirements.

A note that the FSP Hexa HE 600 PSU is considered to be about an average quality unit. It is not really a bad unit, but there are better quality units available.

Yes that is psu will delever enough power ,to power up ur 280x and ur 8 core cpu even to OC the cpu to 4.5 ghz still will have enough room watts to breath,i have it 600 watts psu of cooler master ,it is with i5-2320 quad core,sapphire-Vipor X- R9-280x 3gb,8 GB ddr3 ram @ 1333Mhz,ssd,hdd,optical,cpu cooler is cooler master hyper T4,and + i have 6 x 120mm fans in my case and i no problems of any kind watts are enough the pus is providing 47Ampers on 12 rail Voltage,so no wories your all god set...

maybe some corrsair 650 w ,with 58A,and 80 % gold eficient will be set for very long time and very suficient power delivery
