Swap the GTX 760 for a gtx 960 though, they will be around the same price as the 760 when they come out in a couple of weeks.

If you need windows in that budget then drop the SSD imo

There is no reason to get a K-model apart from the fact it was only 3$ more then the "not K-model".
The difference was so small i selected the K.

It's a nice build, and if his budget is really MAX 800$ the best solution.
However, 50$ more to upgrade to my build with 970 is worth it in my eyes.

Also, not sure about this, but the 2133 memory uses 1.65V, the cpu only support 1.5V so will automatically downscale said memory. Better to pick 1866 memory that runs on 1.5V.

It wouldn't run above 1600 / 1.5v on that mobo but it's same price as the 1600 and has a lifetime warranty, similar to your K reasoning :)

haha i didnt know that the price difference was so marginal :) thanks for the tip.
But doesn't the 1600 have lower CAS for the same price?

No the timings should tighten too via a JEDEC table that controls timing and voltage at certain rated speeds - typically 2133/ cas10 would run at cas8 at 1600 :)

If you have CPU-Z you can check this yourself

Also I have already got my case, ram, psu, 250gb ssd and motherboard. Case is sharkoon t28 rest of parts have been listed sorry for not explaining this. I have worrys about people saying that my motherboard has some problems with it if someone could explain this to me that would be very helpful. Sorry for all the questions but you got to start somewhere.

I live in Australia as well

Your motherboard has got a lot of problems when under heavy load. Mostly with the FX-83xx processors though, your FX-6300 should be ok but you won't be able to overclock it.
