ASUS M5A97 R2.0 bios settings for a 4.5 GHz overclock?

I realize that this request is rather complicated, but I've taken a look at several overclocking guides and still find myself too intimidated to attempt the overclock myself. I am currently using the motherboard named in the thread title and an FX-8320 as my CPU. I already know for a fact that my PSU is capable of providing enough power for the OC, so that is not an issue. Anyway, I would like to know the exact settings/values that I must input in the bios for this MB in order to achieve a 4.5 GHz overclock for my CPU. I apologize for the tediousness of this request.

Well try from 1.35v.But not every Chip is the same some need more some less votlage,you can start from this voltage and go up and down.if it pass prime test with good temps and no crash then try to lower it and repeat that process.But i think 1.35 is min you will need,my fx 6300 works on 1.32v for 4.5 ghz.Best of luck on OC.btw you will need some cooling over your Vrams and chipset if you plan to go that high on that board with 8 core cpu.
