which processor should i buy

help me plzzz...
i have a Gigabyte B75M-D3V board...
what should i do???
should i bought a i7 3770??
or, sell the board and bought a ASUS B85 vanguard and a xeon E3 1231V3 ???
xeon one's is low prized processor... and compared to 4770....
help me plzzzz...

Since you have the Motherboard going for i7 3770 is better than going for a full change. That xeon and the 3770 will be perform almost alike. Those motherboards too have the more or like same feature set. So 3770 will be fine for you.

That depends. In my region new i7-3770 costs about the same as i7-4790k.
So.. a new b85 motherboard and an e3 are a little more expensive, but better value.

my full pc budget is 55k except monitor hard drive speaker,mouse,kb

Yep.. that cpu has to be upgraded.
Same as Nuwan Fernando said, I would suggest you buy an i7-3770.

If you have any issues with your motherboard then replace them both.
I had same situation as you, bought e3-1230v2,
now motherboard fried out and I have to buy an old motherboard or cell the cpu.

is a 3770 better than a 1231v3??? i just wached in some article a 1231v3 is perform similar or as same as 4770.. and 4770 is far better then a 3770

and asus b85 vanguard board is also better than a gigabyte b75 one..

i cant take my decision

No, i7-3770 is not better.

Look, if you have an extra 5-8k then go for a new combo of motherboard + cpu.
You won't regret about that.

What gpu are you planing to buy?

coz an i7 3770 costs 23k..
and a xeon 1231vs costs 18k+board will costs 8k= 26k and my current board i will sell in 3k ... 26k-3k=23k.... i need extra performance with the same cost... not to extra cost for less performance

and i just planing to buy a r9 270x... if my budget increase than i will plan to buy a 285 one... or nvidea 960 if come i will try to buy 960/960ti one

how it will be???? :/

Ja, that sounds very reasonable!
e3-1231v3 is more powerful than i7-3770,
and with 1150 motherboard you still have some room for an upgrade.

r9 270x would be fine for casual gaming, just don't buy cheap trash,
go for a gpu with good cooling.

if i take 270x than i try to buy a sapphire vapor-x one or powercolor pcs+ 270X one.... neither i would buy a r9 285... in our contry there is only sapphire dual-X one is available

so no option
