Hi Guys
First dont say that my proc is bad because whenever i create a thread they always tell me that my proc is so low end.So guys just pls cooperate in me
Specs:
AMD Athlon ii x4 635
AMD 8800GM-LE
1024x768 resolution
700 watts(generic)
2gb ram

Solution
EDIT: Just noticed you showed you had only 2GB of RAM. I highly recommend getting another 2GB of RAM at least before spending any money on a video card.

This is my list of cards that are easy to find in a store:
Nvidia 750ti is a good buy as far as new cheap cards.
However for a bit more power try the AMD R9 270X or Radeon 7870.

If they are out of your price range the R7 260X is a good buy.
If you can't afford that the Nvidia 740 will still do an ok job.

I would not worry about that too much.
However I will make sure any parts I recommend use less than 150w so your total system power consumption remains less than 450w, giving you a lot of room on that generic PSU.
So I will remove my recommendation of buying the AMD 7870 and R9 270X. The older AMD 6870 and GTX 560 also use slightly too much power for me to recommend if you are worried about the generic PSU.

I am also going to remove the R9 270 from my recommendation as you are on a tight budget.

My belief is the GTX 750ti is the most powerful graphics card I can recommend for you and you can also feel safe knowing it uses so little power that you should not have any problems with your PSU.

There should be money left over from buying the 750ti that will let you get another 2GB of RAM as well.

EDIT: The R7 260X gives similar performance to the 750ti and is also very good on power so if you see that cheaper than the 750ti I honestly believe you will be safe with that too.

Have you considered buying a Playstation 3 or xbox 360 instead of upgrading your computer?
Both of those games you mentioned are available on Playstation 3 or xbox 360. You can probably buy a used Playstation 3 for less money than a new video card.

If you are scared of damaging a video card by putting it in your system I do not think you need to keep being afraid. You have had a Radeon HD 4200 in your computer for years with that power supply without damaging that graphics card.
