For rendering CPU is far more important then the video card. Not to say that you should not have a good video card, but you can get good results from a Nvidia GTX 770 or 970. GPU is relevant if you decide to use Luxrender or Octane Render as they both have GPU acceleration. It is recommended that you get a GPU with at least 2 gb VRAM which the card you selected does have, still if you can find a 770 or afford a 970 I recommend you do so.

I recommend you get 16 gb of RAM.

The CPU you chose is good.

I recommend getting an SSD.

You pick get a better PSU, a 750 watt would serve you better.

I know lots of people like that Hyper 212x but rendering pushes the temps on the CPU cores really high so I would get a bigger cooler, I use a...

I know that for editing you generally need high performance graphics cards like the Titan, Titan black or Titan Z. If you have the money and you are into editing/rendering you might want to get them. I don't know if you need more RAM but I would guess you do.

Stick with an Nvidia GPU because then you have the option of using Octane, AMD GPU's do not work with Octane.

Thanks you very much.
I will upgrade the ram. As my budget is not enough, so this time it would be tough to get a ssd. But will try to add it in the next upgrades.

One ques - is the psu is not enough ? Will there be any problem with the 500w ?

According the Power Supply calculator on Newegg if you use a 760 you will need a minimum 429 watt PSU. A 770 needs a 447 watt supply and a 970 needs 1211 watts.
