Looking to buy a high end graphics card that doesn't have annoying noises

Budget: $1,000
I will be ravaging my old GTX 780 due to the annoyance it has caused. The card WILL be purged. (PM me for the youtube link later)

Does it have coil whine / certain mysterious fan noises that are unbearable?

My GTX 780 will learn from this mistake by getting 120V from the wall outlet as soon as I get my new card.
Edit: I'm looking for something a bit more powerful than that card.

Oh, I like that card. Am I allowed to buy 2 of them and power it with an 850W SuperNOVA G2?

Sounds like loud fan noise and not coil whine.

I've been very happy with my Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970. I got Rev 2 with no coil whine issues and I added thermal pads between the ram and backplate. It is longer than normal GTX 970 due to the oversize cooler, but it fit in my case.

Even OCd to 1500/3800(7600 eff) it barely hits 61-62C in Valley benchmark loop and the fans are very quiet even at 60%. Highly recommended if you want a quiet GPU. Just check your measurements inside case to make usre it will fit.
