Depending on the fan used, they should all cool within 1C-3C (either way), and make a similar amount of noise. The temperature difference is insignificant to the target market for this cooler; if even 3C matters, then you're probably in the market for a 140mm cooler like a Phanteks or Noctua, for 2x-3x the price.
