Please help! I have a Samsung laptop that I purchased 12/21/2012. It was working awesome until about 3 months ago. I downloaded a bunch of pictures from my phone and camera of a road trip to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, etc. Shortly after that, I turned my computer on and now I get the deathly auto-repair loop. I am not a computer guru, so I haven't tried much. I can"t get to safe mode, but when I go to F10, I can get to the Boot Menu and App Menu. I don't know what to do without losing all my fabulous pictures! Please help!

At that point, I'd say seek a professional. I could explain several things to do, but I don't think you'd have enough technical expertise to pull it off. (No offense, but the things I'd try require experience and in depth knowledge of computer hardware.) A professional should be able to get the data off your hard drive, repair the OS, and get it back up and running, in that order. It might cost a bit, but it can be done.

No offense taken and thank you for the answer. If you could maybe explain those things to me, I might feel comfortable enough to try something. If not, I will take it to a professional. Is there anyway I can get to safe mode?

Well, first I'd use my own computer and a USB to SATA adapter to get all your info from the drive. Then I'd run a chkdsk /r on it to fix any file system errors and see if the recording media is intact. I would proceed from there depending on the results of the chkdsk. If it showed bad sectors, I'd replace the drive and reinstall the OS. If it did not show bad sectors, I'd start by trying a reinstall of the OS to try to repair it.
