Hello your PC is very old. As in, tyrannosaurus old. You won't be able to play modern games, but you can play really old games of course. Like Need For Speed: Most Wanted (2005). And even then at minimum settings. Or you can play non-graphic intensive games like FTL.

What you have is basically a 2006 PC, so you can try looking for games around that time period or before.
 
Like mentioned above, if you want to play games at "high" graphics as in newer games, your going to have to get a new PC. All your current parts are just to old at this point for modern gaming. I really couldn't suggest any single newer part as it would be bottlenecked by other parts. What games did you have in mind that your wanting to play on high settings?
