I will not be overclocking which is why I chose the non-k editions as my options. However they have different connectors, LGA1155 and the other one is LG1150. Also I would like to know what motherboard would go well with these for a good price, nothing too expensive since I will not be overclocking, nor doing any sli or crossfire in the future, it does not need to have onboard video, nor hdmi input. I just want a motherboard that is enough for a single PCIe 3 GPU like the GTX 760 and 2-4 ram slots, I prefer 4 but it's whatever you guys choose! I would go for overclocking and slit for future proofing, but I do not want to spend too much on the motherboard and nor do I feel the need to overclock nor do sli or crossfire. Thanks! :)

You definitely should go for the socket 1150 i5 4570 unless you can get the 3570 for significantly less. It's newer, lower power, and better performing. Based on your requirements, I would just search Newegg or wherever you shop for socket 1150 motherboards and buy whatever is cheapest that looks good. All of them should have at least one GPU slot and 2 ram slots.
Here's a link for all:

Here's a link for 4 ram slots and 2 PCI-E slots:

I have tried to search it on my own, but i'm very picky over the bad reviews that some boards get and I'd rather ask the question directly hoping that someone has had direct experience with a good motherboard lol :(

I totally get that. I hope someone can help you. Finding quality budget boards is difficult, and most people here will only have experience with fairly high-end boards.

What is your budget? The most optimal motherboard would be one with a H97 chipset. And the H97 chipset mobos are higher quality than the H81 and B85 buget motherboards too.

I've been building pcs with gigabyte and Asus (mostly gigabyte) for years now and they make very reliable motherboards.

Considering that the H97 boards look very convincing, i'll be willing to make my budget for the mobo around $100 mhmm what to choose..
