Can't load a certain website

This started happening 3 days ago. I can no longer access a certain website, it just keeps loading forever showing a white screen. I can access the site with a proxy but it's frustrating to be on one all the time. The site seems to be working fine for other uses. Any ideas what might be causing this?

Not likely as my IP isn't static, I've changed it several times but it did nothing. Thanks for the answer though.

I assume you are referring to a 3rd party proxy rather than your ISP's proxy?

If so, the problem lies with your ISP. Someone probably made changes to the routing there when this issue started.

Do a traceroute to the website address (you can run a ping or nslookup to get the IP) and save the data. Call in to your ISP and raise the issue to get a ticket number, then email them the tracert results with your ticket number. Hopefully they won't sit on it too long.

Changing your computer's IP is useless since you are 99% certain to be using a local non-routable IP that is not seen outside of the local network. Need more details what the other users are. Is everyone in the same building and internet connection? Can you ping the site?
