hi i just built my new computer and i discovered that i need a wifi card because the Ethernet wouldst reach so after deciding USB or PCI i went with PCI. back to the question these slots are what i have available which one should i choose? BTW if there are any good wifi cards out there don't hesitate to tell me

Solution
A PCIE wifi card is better as you won't have enough space for a PCI wireless card underneath your graphic card.
Another option is to go with USB wifi adapters

What do you plan to do with your computer?
How far away your computer will be from your wifi router?
What router are you using and do you know its range and its network performance?
You looking for at USB or PCIEx4 card?
Would you like to have 802.11ac or not?
Your budget?
