Why does my PC reboot by itself when I try to play a game?

I just built my own PC. I installed Steam and downloaded Warface. When I click
play on the launcher, the game is on its loading screen like normal. When my PC tries to play the game, it makes a loud fan sound and automatically reboots by itself. It does the same thing with 3DMark. I tried searching on the internet and I found out it could either be the power supply or the graphics card. What do you guys think? My computer is also noticeably loud even when I'm surfing the web or something.

Solution
Probably need to research your brand and model psu. A 10 yr old psu, especially if lower quality, may not be putting out near the rated power.

Can download OCCT free and check voltages on the psu (mainly 12v rail).

I bought my Zotac Geforce GTX 760 from Amazon, and my psu is from an old 2005 computer I had (600W). I did clean my psu but not with compressed air. There is still some dust inside.
