WIndows will boot in safe mode but not in normal

Dell laptop running WIndows 7 Home Premium won't boot up normally. . It goes to blue screen with WIndows 7 logo, then starts flashing. It will boot in safe mode. What do I do?

Some Dell laptops have a built-in diagnostics utility. Press F12 on bootup to access the boot menu; if there's a diagnostic utility present it will appear in the list.

Probably a bad or corrupted drivers. It could be for video, motherboard, etc, etc. You could try uninstalling drivers in safe mode, reboot and see if you can get it to boot on normal mode............
