Hello everyone,
Today I've done 2 EXACT builds:

Gigabyte GA-Z97P-D3 Intel Z97 SK1150 - MOTHERBOARD
Corsair VS-550W 12cm
Kingston DDR3 HyperX FURY White 4GB 1866MHz Cas10
Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X Windforce OC 2GB DDR5 PCI-E
Intel Core I5 4460 3.2GHz (3.4GHz Turbo) 6MB BOX
Seagate Barracuda 1TB SATAIII 64MB (6GB/s)

1 of the builds is running great but the other 1 ran into a problem:
After putting up all the pieces together when I tried to boot it up the computer wouldnt start:
the fan spin for about 10 sec and then it auto shut-down. After trying a couple times more I've decided to check hardware :
-Pull out cmos battery, wait around 15 minutes, and put it back in - Failed
-Change RAM position - Failed
-Tried other PSU ( exact model ) - Failed
-Tried other CASE due to STANDOFF'S question - Failed

And this is where I messed up everything:
I've decided to pull out the CPU Fan and CPU itself to make sure they're well connected. after pulling out the CPU I've noticed there was a pin slightly bent so with a needle and very careful I managed to put it more or less like the others. I put back the CPU and CPU Fan again and booted the computer. The computer finnally booted. I plugged in the O/S pen drive to format the hdd but after it restarted 2 times it crashed while loading windows and now its back again to the " 10 sec fan spin " cycle.
Is the motherboard broken?

Looking foward to see some feedback on my problem, meanwhile, if I get to find out the awnser I'll post it.
Thank you everyone

Hello everyone,
Thank you for your awnser Blackbird, I belive so too. I'm considering getting a new motherboard... Althought, today morning I decided to turn on the computer just to see if it works and it started up right way and worked normally until now ( around 9-11 hours ) without a single issue. I did not shut it down, only 2 restarts because the drivers asked me to do so. During those 9-11 hours I've been "heavy" Gaming ( DayZ SA,battlefield4), watching vids, surfing the web, etc. But now that I shut it down just for the tests. Its back to the 10sec fan spin and shut down cycle. Could it be the Pin on the motherboard thats ruinning everything or could it be that and something else or what?
