I want a new CPU i currently have a AMD E1-6010 which has a FT3 socket I want a processor that has a FM2 socket , I have been told that you cant really upgrade laptop Motherboards but is there any reason to why i shouldn't ?

Solution
There are a lot of good reasons, 1)Laptop motherboards are purpose built. The only one that will fit in the rest of the laptop is the one that's in it now. 2)The processors are usually soldered into the board, you physically can't just yank it out without destroying the board. 3)There are no FM2(+) boards that will fit into your laptop. 4)laptops are designed to cool the chips that are in them, not desktop chips. So many good reasons, pick which ones you like. By buying a laptop you pretty much save yourself the trouble of replacing anything in your computer with a few exceptions, those being memory sometimes and HDD/SSD/ODD sometimes. Sometimes there's just nothing you can do.

Laptops are not desktop. A laptop is designed for a specific motherboard and only that motherboard most of the time. Sometimes they may use the same case and just different processors. A desktop has standard size motherboards and universal cases.

The thing about those low end AMD's is that the CPU is a BGA or Ball Grid Array. In other words its solidered to the motherboard and you can't take it off. Finding a motherboard that will fit the current laptops case is highly unlikely, but before anyone can help we need to know what laptop you have to begin with.

how would i find that out ( keep in mind that i am very bad at this stuff and this is why i am using the forum )

Honestly I'm not sure. You would need access to other motherboards of similar design laptops.

But with the CPU that was in it it sounds like it wasn't an expensive laptop. Best bet is to just save up for a faster on.

Open the "Run" program (search for it from the start menu) and type in "/dxdiag" then press Enter. It will give you a lot of information about your machine. Maybe you'll be able to find the model there or if not, find it on the web with the specifications that your laptop has?
