After Repairing Computer, 300 FPS Drops While Recording

Weirdest situation I've been in:

Basically, after repairing my computer, same parts and all, I attempted to record minecraft yesterday, with Mirillis Action!, and came across a problem.

I've been running minecraft at around 400fps constantly, and before sending my computer in, I was able to record at a constant 60fps, but now, when recording, I'm dropping down to 10FPS. At first I thought maybe I needed to update my GPU or CPUs drivers, as my AMD A8 is a dinosaur and my GeForce 640 GT isn't exactly up to date, but to no avail did anything improve.

I was kind of clueless, so I decided to test out multiple variables. At first, I tried to record windowed mode wise, and was easily able to keep a constant 60fps, which was strange. I used Fraps also to test if the same situation was happening, and it was for Fraps too, so I think it would be something involving my hardware or my actual Minecraft.

Basically, FPS drops from 400 to 10 while recording with multiple recording softwares in full screen, but not in windowed mode after getting my computer repaired, even though no parts were replaced

CPU: AMD A8-5600K (APU) (Like I said, a dinosaur lol)

GPU: NVIDA Geforce 640 GT

RAM: 8GB

OS: Win 7, 64-bit

I used Action! as my primary, which isn't as heavy as Fraps, and both had the exact same result, making me think it isn't the actual recording software itself but either something in game, or something with my hardware itself.

I've kept the same CPU, but I didn't overclock it at all. What was broken is kind of up in the air:
- I had to reinstall the backplate on my motherboard, and in doing so, I had to take off all wiring connected to the motherboard, and unscrew it from the case. When getting the backplate returned and putting everything where it originally was, it wouldn't start, I didn't have a clue. I brought it in, they tested each part, and weren't 100% on what exactly happened (best guess said somehow my cpu was loose). So I guess the word repaired may not be correct, but I don't see another word to use.
