It really doesn't make a difference since they are inter-compatible. If you're worried about drive speed, then don't bother also, other peripherals are going to bottleneck it no matter what unless you have USB 3.0 on that board... which I doubt you do...
That being said, I think its 6, My board was twice as old as that one and it was one of the last that 3!
