quick RMA question

I have recently RMA'd a corsair psu, im just wondering will they send me a new product or will they try to repair it and then send back the same psu to me?

Typically companies will attempt to repair the product first of course, if they can't repair it or it is too damaged, they will either try to find you a refurbished product first or just get you a new one. They're just cheap like that, lol.

When I RMAed my Corsair headphones, they sent me back another pair that was previously RMAed then fixed. They were not the same pair I sent, and they were not new. They might send back that which has already been fixed.
