I have both a Radeon R9 270 and an HD 7770. Can I run these both on a Rosewill Green 730w PSU? It seems like they both have fairly low TDP, but I still want to make sure I have enough power.

Solution
I would personally do that. Just too many cons when it comes to using both that it out weighs the benefits.

You could always try an overclock on your GPU, should be fast enough to handle both especially if only one of them is gaming. I only have a Radeon 7850 and use double monitors at times and still get maxed settings on a lot of games.

My HD 7770 is not being used and I have a second monitor, so I am going to hook the monitor up to my HD 7770 since the R9 270 alone isn't all that powerful. I don't want any extra power taken from the R9 270.

By chance do you have an Intel CPU? If so you are best to use integrated graphics for the 2nd monitor. It will use much less power, result in less heat, and avoid potential driver clashes from using two variants of the same driver in the same system at the same time.

No, it's an AMD Phenom, X II, I think. I may just use both outputs on the R9 270.
