Pairing an APU with a dedicated graphics card is a waste, you're much better off with a dedicated processor and a dedicated graphics card.
If you already have an FM2 motherboard, look for an Athlon X4 860k, or if you don't have a motherboard yet, go for an FX-6xxx or FX-8xxx processor if you want to stick with AMD.
Between the graphics cards you've shortlisted, the GTX 780 is definitely the best one.

An FX-6300 would be fine for the most part. Single-core performance isn't particularly strong, but multi-threaded performance is pretty good. An i5 would be the best option, but they're more expensive.
