Sorry i couldn't find a better category to place this thread in there doesn't appear to be a productivity software section. In Microsoft Office 2010 there was a smooth scrolling function when you dragged the scroll bar with the mouse.This updated the document as you moved the mouse similar to the way the vertical scroll bar works in Google Chrome. Now in Office 2013 to update the document to a new location the scroll bar must be dragged and then dropped to change. This is a highly annoying feature and i assume there's a setting to change it?
