I have made all the changes I needed and I think I am ready to build this PC, I just want to get a few more opinions before I get it, here is my list of parts: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Linkin506/saved/Tksscf If anyone knows how much FPS I will get and what settings I am able to play on for these games, Skyrim, Bioshock Infinite, Max Payne 3, Hitman: Absolution, Metro: Last Light, Far Cry 3, Battlefield 3 and 4, Minecraft (with mods), Dead Island Riptide, and a few other games, please tell me. Also, I am not looking to change parts like the CPU or GPU, I am just asking for the settings and FPS I am able play on this PC. Thanks guys!

Not bad, but I made some tweaks to get you a better Wifi solution, motherboard, and graphics card. Also managed an IPS monitor. Came out $5 cheaper as well.

The results on BF 3 and 4 won't be incredible with that CPU, as TechyInAZ said, if you can get an i5 like the 4460 or even the 4690k, you'd see a significant improvement in these specific games, as they are CPU intensive. Overall though, you should be more than fine with the R9 280.

Looks very good to me. I would change the case for a Corsair Spec 01 if you can get it for more or less the same price, it's better quality.
FPS? Easiest thing you can do is search on youtube cpu x gpu x game x. You will get results.
If you can spend a bit more, do go with an i5, but this is a good cpu, not bad at all.
Should run any of this games on high-very high imo.
