can this config play 60 fps above at 4k with ultra preset in most games?

this is my config:-
1) Cpu- i7 4790k 4.4 ghz
2) Motherboard - Asus Maximus VII Formula
3) RAM - corsair dominator platinum 2133 mhz 16gb
4) power supply - cooler master v1200
5) Gpu - sapphire vapor x radeon r9 290x 8gb
6) Asus 4k monitor

now can i play crysis 3, battlefield 4, shadow of mordor, assassin's creed unity at over 60 fps at ultra preset will 8x msaa, hbao+ and res. at 4k?
help is necessary.

If you can get 3 more of those, you'll be equivalent to me except for you'll have 8GB of VRAM, which is very good and you'll have no issues with 4k ultra at all then :)

You wouldn't be able to get that type of results at 4k at those settings, it would require better hardware. You would have a better experience with 1440p or 1080p. And as well Assassin's Creed is extremely unoptimized, even I cant even max it out with specs that are practically equivalent to yours, and still get 60 fps at 1080p. You would have no problem running every game at 1080p maxed out(not counting unoptimized ones) and get 60+ fps. At 1440p you could probably run most games at high to med graphics with an average fps of around 60.

And as well don't buy a power supply with that current config unless your considering going 3 way sli. It is way more than you need for that setup, if i were you I would just go with a 750w psu and spend that extra money on a better graphics card.
