going to upgrade my GPU

need suggestion which one of these cards will be best to buy.

MSI GTX 970 GAMING 4G GeForce GTX 970
VS
MSI GTX 970 4GD5T OC GeForce GTX 970
VS
ASUS STRIX-GTX970-DC2OAMD
VS
Radeon R9 290X


My rig 4770k (not overclocked) 16GB corsair vengeance 1866mhz Asus maximus VII hero Z97 730WAT PSU by thermaltake

You can't go wrong with any of those cards, the difference between them is almost always negligible, but I would recommend gigabyte gtx 970 g1 gaming is the best one but not if it is more expensive
look at these benchs to make up your mind

if i didnt get the G1 edition due to unavailability in market, which one of these two should I prefer the MSI GTX 970 GAMING 4G OR MSI GTX 970 4GD5T OC edition ??? I cant figure out on this one still
