Questions about motherboards/CPU coolers

Alright so the motherboard for my computer (specs below) shit itself and I need to replace it. my processor is a fx-6300 so I need an AM3+ board. The problem is my heat sink is a hyper evo 212, a big damn thing. I'm not sure if the heat sink will fit on something like a micro board, and if it does will it block ram slots? Because on my current board the heat sink hangs over one of the four ram slots. I could use any advice and suggestions on boards, as I'm on a budget.

If you have a Micro ATX case then I would recommend spending 300 dollars in getting an ATX motherboard and Mid tower case. I would recommend getting the ASUS sabertooth 990fx v2...

Any suggestions on boards? I'm on a budget so $90 or below would be preferred.

If you have a Micro ATX case then I would recommend spending 300 dollars in getting an ATX motherboard and Mid tower case. I would recommend getting the ASUS sabertooth 990fx v2 motherboard and a case of your choosing (Corsair Spec 01 works just fine) these two should give you less than 300 dollars and it is worth it. The Sabertooth is a military grade AM3+ Motherboard, it should fit whatever you want it to fit. I also know it blows your budget but as I have learned from experience, being cheap can bring future problems.
