I would use pcpartpicker, but trying to decide on a cheaper price buy... going to microcenter seems the best... i tried making a pcpartpicker for the first build and the cost was 50-100$ more expensive...

looking around microcenter the cpu/mobo combo is a good price but the psu, ram and gpu's are higher than you could get them for elsewhere. only decent psu i saw was approaching $80 and still was not a very good one. i would do the fx-6300 cpu/mobo combo there and go elsewhere for the rest and get the most for your money but still get quality.

i used the combo from microcenter but the rest is other places. much better gpu than before and quality psu as well. the 750 and 260x are entry level gaming at best and the 280 is gonna give you so much more. and really there is enough of yur budget left after rebates to get a better mobo if you wish as well.
