(UPDATE got a picture) /|\
In the Nvidia Sli control panel it says that the SLI is enabled like in the picture above but bellow the SLI enabled there is a line of text "For optimal 3d performance, Connect the SLI-Ready graphics cards with an SLI connector" Is SLI running? Is there a way I can check? Also I have been unable to get the SLI visualizer to show up when playing games like red orchestra and SC2 which is starting to convince me that SLI is not working... and before you ask I do have a bridge connecting my two GTX 970s and my motherboard is SLI capable and I've updated drives multiple times clean installation. Any advice or help beside the ones I mentioned, will be greatly appreciated Thank You

Im sorry to tell u this.....i had the same.problem last month.
But even tho the cards are both 970's u CANNOT sli an evga 970 with another manafacturers card.....evga wont allow it.
I had the exact same cards and the same problem so i sent evga an email and thats what they said...so u need to get either another evga or another 970.i would reccomend making zure that not only are the cars the same manerfacterur but make sure they are even the same model it will help with compatibility issues.

Thanks just downloaded the newest GeForce experience update and I checked the NVidia control panel and the option to enable SLI was gone so I guess I just had some bug. I'm sure your right, thank you for the reply. I wish they would tell you this stuff before you spend money to SLI :) again thank you
