there is no review on this particular model yet...... its not made by seasonic or super flower or cwt
so i suspect some hardware failure soon
get a good psu like seasonic/xfx/antec hcg/evga G2-B2/rosewill capstone
700W psu is enough for a r9 290 do not worries about that
