WD 320 GB hardisk. not showing all partitions

I did a testdisk to my WD internal hard that crashed and even though it has 320 GB and 3 partitions, only one is visible. I would like to retrieve the data.

This is very unfortunate, Sajith! :(
This means that your drive has failed. I'd suggest to try the suggested data recovery tools above.
However, if your data is very essential to you, I'd strongly recommend to turn to professional data recovery company straightaway:

If your drive is still under warranty, I suggest you get in touch with our tech support. You should RMA it and be able to get a replacement product.

Hey there, SajithKumar!

I'm very sorry to hear about the issues you are encountering with your WD HDD.
Besides trying PizzaTheHutt's suggestions, I'd also recommend you to test your drive using WD's free Data LifeGuard diagnostics tool.
It will let you know of the drive's health and SMART status. Make sure it passes the extended as well as the quick test.

Thank you SuperSoph_WD and PizzaTheHutt of your prompt reply. Regarding the free Data LifeGuard test. I got the below report.
Quick Test did not complete status code = 04 (unknown failed test element), failure checkpoint = 96 (Unknown Test) SMART self test did not complete. :(

Getting all sorts of conflicting error messages.

Partition size exceeds disk size.

320 GB hardisk showing only 26 GB size. what happened to the the other partitions.

Ran active partition recovery. But it is not showing all partitions. Any suggestions.
