I can buy a 4770 for 170 us dollars.Is it worth spending an extra 50 dollars for the i5 4670k or 150 more dollars for the i7 4770k ?
Can my this processor play all games without bottleneck (and without OC) for the next lets say 3-4 years or should I get the k version in order to overclock for the games?
Also,will it increase the performance a lot if a 4770k is OCed to 4.7ghz from 3.9ghz ?

Solution
The 4770 is more than enough for any current game, a 4670 is too. The question is do you want the option to OC? There is no guarantee a 4770k can get to 4.7Ghz, some top out at 4.3 or 4.4, its down to a bit of luck and having good parts. However even 4.4 Ghz is over a 10% boost.

such price differences are definetely aint worth it, considering you would need to spend even more getting decent cooling + Z class mobo.

i7-4770 should handle all games in the near future flawlessly.you're not running some ultra-cpu-heavy game on 4K with ultra settings arent you?
