There really isn't one, you are due for an upgrade of everything. A gtx 750 ti would work fine but you will probably be bottlenecked by that cpu in most games.

I'm running a 7790 with my E8400 and they compliment each other quite nicely, I don't game on that rig but I might be able to run some generic benchies if you are interested.

What generic benchmark would be meaningful to you and at what resolution? I'm currently running that PC on a 16 x 9 monitor.
