My gpu clock stays at 300 MHz and my memory stays at 150MHz while playing games and it makes me lag alot, idk why it wont go any higher at first i thought it was a heat issue but i noticed at 98% load it was stuck at 300 MHz and 150 MHz, and sometimes randomly jumps to 99% load when idle
