Hi, I posted a few time and the builds were nice but didn't quite suite me. I'm looking to run all upcoming games (and existing) on high-4k. I will be streaming a lot and doing a lot of schoolwork so it can go up to 1300. The gpu I would like is the gtx 970, I would like 16gb of ram, Windows 8.1 and a big hard drive also liquid cooling would be preferable. Thank you.

How you can decrease cost without losing much on performance and more:

I don't know if you really need 16bg ram, I think you can start with only 8 and upgrade later if you really need it

You can change storage to http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/seagate-internal-hard-drive-st3000dm001 if you value space more then speed.

You can change CPU to i3, but it would be a less future proof system. Or go with AMD FX 8320E, a bit less expensive, good for overclock, but probably have worst overall performance at gaming.
