There are quite a few PSU's that are apparently not Haswell compatible.

The issue appears to be when going into certain low level sleep states, the computer may crash due to PSU instability or PSU cutting out due to the very low level of current required for these low level sleep states.

Starting, running and rebooting computer is not affected.

The "workaround" (not personally tested) is to either -

Disable low level sleep states C6/C7 in BIOS, or

Connect a case fan directly to one of the PSU's cable to provide a minimum load (and C6/C7 states can then be re-enabled if required).
