Yes it will. It would also run a GTX750 or GTX750Ti if you want something more powerful.

The R7 240, GTX750, and many models of the GTX750Ti do not need any external PCIe power connection. Any of those will run on your PSU.

, it should be a Bestec if you bought a pre-built Dell Inspiron PC.

Dell uses a variety of PSUs in their builds. I believe most of the newer ones are built by FSP or possibly HEC.
