i have an h80i in push pull so it should help with cooling
When removing the hard drive cage i have a hard drive in the one im taking out if i unplug the hard drive will it loose data or mess it up for just being unplugged for a short amount of time?

No. Just power down the system and use the normal care about static discharge when handling the drive(s). Many have expose electronics on the back side.
But your data will be perfectly safe if you unplug either/both the data and power cables to relocate the drive.
