Got my hands on a GeForce GTX 690... what would be a good build for that....Motherboard, CPU, Case and so on..
Got about £500 budget.

You're on a budget, so let's keep it inexpensive, yet efficient, shall we?

The GTX 690 requires a 650W PSU, at least. Ref: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-690/specifications
You need the cheapest CPU in tier 1, according to this: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106-5.html
No need to go any higher in terms of pricing for a CPU to match the 690...
