I bought my GTX 980 recently and it came with Far Cry 4 free and I already did everything in the setup to the point of when I download the Uplay application and open it up and look at my games it says I can download Far Cry 4, but I am waiting on downloading it till I get my new computer built in the next few months. What I want to know if I just keep it there, it saying download, will I be able to download it a few months from now on my new computer after downloading Uplay? Is it like Steam, as in I can buy a game and it stays in my library forever?

*Note*
I downloaded the Uplay app on my phone and I checked my games on it and said I don't have any. I really don't want to have to pay $60 to buy Far Cry 4 when I got it for free. Thanks!

as far as I know once you log into uplay you have a games library, they all seem to work as I put an SSD and reinstalled windows but it is still the same pc but I had to redownload and log in and for some reason delete the games and redownload them as they didn't link but they all work fine so I think you will be fine

Okay, I can't play any games on this current computer, but I am building my first gaming computer so I am not sure on these things. I just don't want to have gotten it for free and then lose it when I get my new computer and re-download Uplay. I want it to be there still saying download. Basically is it still going to be there for download when I get Uplay on my computer?

I'm about 90% sure they link to an account like steam and origin

Provided you use the same log in details then I'd imagine so, maybe email ubisoft to be extra sure.
