hello all
i am planning to get an SSD for my lenovo G50-70 I7 laptop
i ordered a caddy for the laptop and all that remains is the ssd
so my question is the following
will there be a huge difference for me by getting a high end SSD or just a good one for the price
i know that write/read speeds are different
but i only want my laptop to go faster with some games to load faster
my options are
samsung 830 256gb used
samsung 840 evo and pro 256gb
kingston v300 240gb
transcend 256 gb
i was thinking about the used 830 because its the cheapest
is it worth to pay more ?
is it bad to get a used ssd ?
thank u

How hard was it used? How much life does it have left? Did the prev owner(s) run it at 99% capacity?
There is no way I'd buy a used SSD. I'd take one if given to me for free, or $15....otherwise, no.
