I would like to know the steps on how to make an ISO of the Windows 8.1 disk using the program ImgBurn. This is very unfamiliar to me, and I would greatly appreciate being helped with the proper steps in doing this. The PC I am doing this off of has Windows 7 if it matters. Thanks!

Put the DVD in the drive
Start up ImgBurn
Select Create image file from disk
Source = the DVD drive
Select a target location and filename
Click the big icon thing at the bottom of the window (the thing with the blue arrow)
Wait until it is done
Use the resulting ISO file in the previously mentioned Windows USB tool
Start up ImgBurn
