Hey,

I recently bought a Kingston V300 240GB short of a month ago, and now I'm doing some benchmarking (I know I'm a bit late on that).

As you can see my writing speeds are really low but read speeds seems okay. I know about Kingston trading the components of the SSD but considering my read speed I don't think I'm affected by that.
One thing that some people suggested, to disable caching on the ssd, wasn't possible to be done because Windows won't let me uncheck it (dunno why).

Here is CrystalDisk and ATTO

And my specs:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 @ 3.40GHz
RAM: 8 GB 1033 MHZ
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 580
SSD: KINGSTON SV300 240GB
HDD: TOSHIBA 1TB
MB: GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3

Solution
So, the problem was on the sata conector. I was using the first SATA3 port that I had avaliable, because I read somewhere that it gives slight better performance than the others, after switching to my second SATA3 port everything got better :D
