Im willing to spend up to $300 on a new graphics card. Im hoping to be able to play games like h1z1 with atleast 60 fps. Im mostly worried about whether the graphics card will fit in the motherboard.
I also need a new fan so if there's anything specific i'd need that'd be great to know.

That is a pretty good quad core cpu that will do well in gaming. Here is what you can do. You need to upgrade your power supply if you want anything better than a gtx 750. You can get an evga 500b psu (Nice Unit for budget builds) and be able to upgrade to a r9 285. The 285 is a powerful card that will be able to max out 95% of the stuff you throw at it. Good luck.
