this error indicates power failed or the computer reset button was pressed. The error indicates that the last shutdown of the system was not graceful.

you need to put the actual memory .dmp file on a server to be looked at with a windows debugger or try a automated program like bluescreenview.exe to look at the .dmp file to see what bugcheck you actually got and determine the cause.

your system is running windows 7 release to manufacturing with no upgrades or fixes.
All of your device drivers are out of date (2009)

- you need to apply the windows 7 service pack, then the windows updates
then update your hardware drivers for your motherboard and graphics card.

- be sure to update your jraid.sys driver and your network drivers and remove applecharger.sys
I would also look to update your bios
BIOS Release Date 04/20/2010
Manufacturer Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
Product Name X58A-UD3R

[Processor Information (Type 4) - Length 35 - Handle 0004h]
Socket Designation Socket 1366
Processor Type Central Processor
Processor Family 01h - Other
Processor Manufacturer Intel
Processor ID a5060100fffbebbf
Processor Version Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU
Processor Voltage 8ah - 1.0V
External Clock 133MHz
Max Speed 4000MHz
Current Speed 3066MHz

because of the age of the machine I would also boot a memtest86 CD and confirm your memory is working correctly. I would update the bios set it up again before the test of the memory

That's because these crashes happened right after I re-installed windows. I'll finish going through the updating when I get home from work. EDIT: I can't even update to Windows 7 Service Pack without have a BSOD.

I'm not seeing any updates to the bios & motherboard on their website either.

Also, I've ran the memory diagnostic a few times. Sometimes it says there are errors and other times it doesn't.
I just got done reading reviews on this motherboard. A lot of folks saying it goes out after 3 or 4 years. Could this be the problem?

Any memtest failure rules out windows drivers as a cause. I would reset the BIOS to defaults and make sure all overclocking is off and the system has proper voltages. Then rerun memtest86 to confirm you have hardware with goo memory timings.
Note: power supply might provide incorrect or fluctuations in power as it gets older, you might want to check the power supply.

Like I said before, the Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power 41 does relate to either hardware and software problem.
1. Can you post your PC spec? Including all hardware, if you have sound card, USB device, etc
2. How about the temp, like cpu or gpu?
3. When does Bsod happen? During the game? Randomly?

Well, I got some new RAM in. Installed that and pulled all of my existing RAM. Seems to have worked. I have been able to install all of the Windows updates and will update all of my drivers tonight.

I have 2 more sticks of RAM coming in. That will get me to 16 GB. If they work as well, then I think I've got it running
