Hi All,

have 8 gb of RAM of two different vendors that are causing unstable PC behavior.

Setup is:
CPU: AMD FX-6300
BOARD: asus m5a78l-m/usb3
RAMS:
1x4 GB corsair value select 1333
1x4 GB strontium evm 1333
GPU: Zotac GTX 550ti

Current Setup is as below:
layout: CPU, ram(corsair), blank, ram(strontium)
RAM Voltage set to 1.55

Problem:
Many apps are closing randomly and blue screen problem is occurring again and again.
Tried to setup windows again with both the RAMs plugged in but the setup has failed.
Done the setup again while using only 1 RAM and the setup is fine with each of them.
Right now the PC is working with 1 RAM only.

Let me know how can i make them work together.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

help me out with the timings configuration. Currently not at home so will try it tonight.

Thanks for the answer.

Not planning yet to get a new RAM though so hope that will do the trick. Will try and ask you ppl if the same works.

Right now i have configured them as dual channel so will arrange them to different channels.
