hello guys, i want to built high end but average price gaming pc
here's the list
*brace your self, this is going to be a long list*

-processor: quad core intel i7
which generation i should pick?

-ram: 16gb(2x8) ddr3
is it better to use 16gb(4x4)? still confuse about latency and OC.

vga: 4gb 256bit
both amd or nvidia is not problem for me, im going pick the better price in case both of them are equal, in future i would use SLI/CF, but not now

-motherboard: atx , 4 pci-e x16
motherboard that can support my cpu, ram, and vga

-ssd: i chose 512gb ssd
-opticaldrive: i'll take blueray

-powersupplies: need a quiet one, trusted brand. can afford my pc power for 3 years.

-case: need quiet exhaust fan, 2 usb3.0

-monitor,keyboard,speaker

Hi, I don't know what your budget is, so I put together a system with all of your desired parts. For the i7, the 4790k is the top of the line right now. For ram, 2 sticks in dual channel is the best you can get on a Z97 motherboard; and for gaming, as long as the ram is at least 1600 and from a reputable brand (I chose G.Skill) it should have no affect on gaming performance. I chose this motherboard because you wanted 4 PCI-E slots, but personally I don't think SLI over 3 is worth it. A GTX 970 is an easy choice here, best enthusiast card on the market right now in terms of price-performance. For storage, the 850 evo is my favorite in terms of speed and reliability. Evga power supplies are quiet and perform great. The Fractal Design...

Evga power supplies are quiet and perform great. The Fractal Design Define R5 is one of the best, quiet cases out there at the moment. Last of all, I chose an Acer IPS monitor and the Corsair K70 keyboard, both very well regarded.

For your speaker, I couldn't tell you because I don't know too much about them, but I've heard that the Creative T40 ii is a great pair. Anyways here is a list of the parts I chose.
